NA Academy and or Coaching Policy
If monthly membership, the parties agree to engage in a monthly Academy or/and Coaching Program through (internet, telephone) meetings. Services will not be rendered until full amount paid. If charged monthly offer expires at end of month. NO REFUNDS if plan cancelled in middle of billing periods. Membership shall be cancelled before payment is due. Coach may be available to Client by e-mail and voicemail in between scheduled meetings as defined by the services offered per contract. Coach may also be available for additional time, per Client’s request on a prorated basis rate of $75.00 per session. Coaching is in no way to be construed or substituted as psychological counseling or any other type of therapy or medical advice. I will at all times exercise my best professional efforts, skills, and care.
